Fort Recovery Local Schools

Fort Recovery Local Schools has implemented Ohio's new teacher evaluation system (OTES) this year through utilizing Forte Evaluation Software. The Forte Software helps my district administrators stay organized through sending daily and weekly evaluation reminder emails about what tasks are scheduled for those days. Additionally, Forte's software has increased my administrators' ability to script quality observations through its note taking feature. With this increased quality, Forte's ability to sort various OTES strands instantaneously has been extremely useful. Finally, the support staff has been very helpful and responsive to our district's needs.
